Please tell me about your data privacy?
We are certified as HIPAA compliant. All of our data and files are transferred via 256-bit SSL encryption (the same level of security used by most banks), and all data is stored on HIPAA and EU Privacy Shield compliant servers.
How many sites does TPC search?
We search over 200 sites including TikTok. We are consistently looking for new sites and platforms.
Why are certain fields mandatory?
The more information you provide, the more impactful the report will be. We need not less than four identifiers or unique information about the subject.
Can I download the report in both Word and PDF formats?
Yes, on the right-hand side of your True People Check dashboard, you will see the Word and PDF icons. The word version of the report can be edited by you to include in your reports. The PDF version is non-editable to ensure it is court compliant and date stamped.
